WHEN THE LEAST BECOMES THE GREATEST Magistrate Mavis Kwainoe, a State magistrate from Ghana, started her testimony denoting her membership of the Emmanuel TV Partners and explained that first of all Emmanuel TV Partnership is all about changing lives, changing nations and changing the world. She ministered the Anointing Water which she had received from Prophet T.B. Joshua on the documents. It turned out that she was the only one who passed the examinations for the scholarship programme. Her superiors were overwhelmed with the news that the least among them had been granted the maximum scholarship award. She sent two applications to two different schools and gained admission to both and was asked to make her choice. She opted to study at the prestigious George Washington University in the United States of America. She admitted to being a shy person but since coming under the wing of Prophet T.B. Joshua she had seen the boldness which comes from faith. She added that she used the Anointing Water and Anointing Stickers on her person as part of her daily lifestyle which accompanied with the works of charity she partook in as an Emmanuel TV Partner had yielded astounding results in her life. She displayed the documents outlining the details of her scholarship and the letter of acceptance from The George Washington University. Fees of $43,920 have been provided for her as part of the full scholarship. Mrs Beatrice Kwainoe, Magistrate Mavis’s mother, extolled the name of the Lord and gladly gave thanks to the God of Prophet T.B. Joshua for the breakthrough and the glory which had overflown not only in her daughter’s life but also affecting her siblings and the entire family. Magistrate Mavis advised that it was her encounter with Prophet T.B.
