WHERE OH WHERE DOES YOUR TAX MONEY GO? I propose that tax money be spent on more useful things. Every wonder how countries that are less than us are able to have the majority of their population get degrees? I propose that when a child is born into this world, BIG BROTHER does something very special for their soon to be tax payer. Until that child gets their first tax paying job, or until they officially graduate H/S a small % of Taxes will be saved in an account, tax free, in order to provide everyone with a chance for higher education. If the person does not wish to enter to college after high school they can still use the money to enter a trade / technical college and the remainder of their balance will be divided up among the fold. If a person does not wish to go to college they have 5 years to decide ( money is frozen until they do) to go or not go, and if the choice to not go then the money is then put back into the population. If they go to a school that costs more than they have then they will be given a Government Loan for the balance, guaranteed at a low interest rate. Payment to be made upon completing the higher education. Those that use this fund will maintain a GPA slightly higher than what their school requires for passing grades. We will make smarter Americans. We will make better Americans. People should not have to go through life not attending a higher education because of true financial hardship.
