WHERE WERE YOU? Twenty-six years ago today -- do you remember? I woke up in Scottsdale and helped my parents get ready for the day and cut my finger on a picture frame that fell off the wall . . . Laney woke up at Mammys house with curlers in her hair . . . then we went to Maryvale Christian Church and made ourselves into us! Twenty-six blessed years of us . . . which was joined by them, starting about 20 years ago -- Peter, Mary, Joey, Luke, and Sarah. We have had wonderful times and difficult times, but through it all, God has always blessed us and continues to do so today. Last year for #25, we headed for Disneyland and renewed our vows at Snow Whites Grotto with all the kids to witness. Our parents are all gone now, and we are the parents. We are blessed to have had such loving parents . . . but dont think that any of OUR kids are getting married anytime soon. Just sayin. Thank you for your love and support over these many years as we learned to grow up and become the family we are today. I hope youll stick around for more. Today -- Los Olivos and a movie. Just the two of us. Like the old days. What do they call that -- a date?
