The presidential address stated that minimum wage should be raised to approximately $11.00 an hour. (I witnessed this in the State of the Union) I support this. Its time to force the organizations that employ workers to give us what we earned ~ a living wage. A living wage means you should be able to afford the basic cost of living. Thats all were asking for. The inflation that exists has not been paralleled by income increase. Im 39 years old. Youve seen it, too, Im certain.
