Musab enjoyed the best of food, finest dresses and the best perfumes. Whenever prophet Muhammad (SA) talked about him, he said, there is nobody more handsome in Makka than Musab. there is no person in the city better clothed and fed than Musab B4 islam he was the wealthiest, most handsome and used to look after himself so much. he used to put so much perfume that the women of makka, when they smelt his perfume they were standing a line to wait for him to pass, wanting to attract him. When he accepted islam he donated everything he had in the cause for those who r more in need. when he died in the battle of uhud , companion couldn,t find anything from his wealth to cover him. all they could find, a pice of cloth to cover him. if the head was cover then the feet were bare, when the feet were covered the head was left bare.in the end his head was covered and the feet were covered with grass. Rasul (SA) addressed the dead body thus: when i saw you for the first time in mecca, there was nobody more handsome and well dressed than you. but i see that today your hair is un combed and only a sheet of cloth covers your body!! [ So who are you to compare yourself with Musab bin Umair ? :( ]
