WHO TRULY HAS THE GLORY? Who on earth has NAMES and TITLES more than GOD the CREATOR of the whole universe, seen and unseen; yet, Jesus addresses Him, FATHER and asks us to do the same. Matthew 6 9 ¶ After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Who on earth has NAMES and TITLES more than JESUS CHRIST the son of GOD the FATHER, EVERLASTING GOD, the SAVIOUR of the world, yet, without blushing we can call Him, JESUS Today, some mens hats are built much larger than the size of their head so the head must swell to fit the hat, and they glory in titles and positions more than they glory in God.. Jeremiah 9 .24 But let him that glorieth glory in this, that he understandeth and knoweth me, that I am the LORD which exercise lovingkindness, judgment, and righteousness, in the earth: for in these things I delight, saith the LORD. Philippians 2 5 Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: 6 Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: 7 But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: 8 And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross. 9 Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: 10 That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; 11 And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. 1 Peter 5 1 ¶ The elders which are among you I exhort, who am also an elder, and a witness of the sufferings of Christ, and also a partaker of the glory that shall be revealed: 2 Feed the flock of God which is among you, taking the oversight thereof, not by constraint, but willingly; not for filthy lucre, but of a ready mind; 3 NEITHER AS BEING LORDS OVER GODS HERITAGE, but being ensamples to the flock. 4 And when the chief Shepherd shall appear, ye shall receive a crown of glory that fadeth not away. 5 ¶ Likewise, ye younger, submit yourselves unto the elder. Yea, all of you be subject one to another, and be clothed with humility: for God resisteth the proud, and giveth grace to the humble. 6 Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time:
