WHO WANTS GENR BUHARI DEAD? Okwenna Ifeanyi Hons wrote 4 hrs · Edited · Hello everyone, I want us to engage our brains a bit more this morning on the purpoted bomb attack on Gen. Muhammadu Buhari (Rtd.) on Wednesday, 23rd July, 2014. We may recall that shortly after the unfortunate incidence, hot arguments ensued on who wanted the general dead and all of that. In all friends, no one ever made any attempt at looking towards the direction of his All Progressives Congress (APC). Now, lets x-ray the real issues here: 1. The APC as a political party had during their last National Congress, zoned the presidential candidacy to the North. 2. Buhari is the major contender and for whom the arrangement of zoning the position to the North was made in the first place. 3. There are other cantankerous, overzealous and equally influencial (money, power base/followership) members of the party who are desirous of squaring up to PDPs GEJ (if he finally decides to run) in 2015, but for the overbearing influence of the Daura General, the dream is still a mirage. 4. These political gangsters/cowboys in APC MAY have vowed to do away with the General at all costs, so as to have an easy sail during the partys presidential primaries. Considering all of these, should the self-styled progressive APC not look inward and conduct a comprehensive internal audit of their house in order to fish out those who wants the General out? Your views, please.
