WHO WANTS TO RACE? In September Delemere will be holding a the hell run. It is roughly 13 miles through terrain like paths, shallow lakes, steep hills and woodland tracks. It is a good laugh and can be ran for a personal challenge within a team. If you are up for this I will provide you with a free running program and have you running 13 miles before you know it. This is also a great way to raise money for a charity close to your heart. I would love to get a Physical Peak team together so let me know if youre interested and Ill help you train before you sign up if you like.
