WHO has published an update on Ebola data and statistics for December 19. Note that the dates vary by country. The numbers: Guinea (December 16): 2,453 cases; 1,550 deaths. Liberia (December 14): 7819 cases; 3,346 deaths. Sierra Leone (December 17): 8,759 cases; 2,477 deaths. Total: 19,031 cases; 7,373 deaths. For purposes of comparison, the totals for the three countries on December 17 were 18,569 cases and 6,900 deaths (with Liberias numbers as of December 9).
