WHOA (Words Having Odd Associations) These challenges are based on words to be found in the 1924 Websters New International Dictionary, which includes masses of obscure and forgotten expressions, as well as little-known subsidiary meanings of more everyday words. Players are asked not to research via search engines, but to use their wits and knowledge to answer the questions posed.
