WHY....do I have to push "1 for English" when 9 times out of 10 the person picking up CANT SPEAK ENGLISH!!!! I give up & ask to be transferred to someone who speaks English....when they cop an attitude. "I speeeek anglish! YUUU arrr NOT speekn anglish!"
