WINNER SPOTLIGHT: Judy Dunlap of Phyllis Browning Company Since joining Phyllis Browning, Judy has established herself as an expert on North Central San Antonio real estate. She has been named as one of the top Realtors in San Antonio by the San Antonio Business Journal every year since 2002. Additionally, since 2002, PT50 has included Judy in their annual list of the top 50 agents in San Antonio. The San Antonio Board of Realtors named Judy their Rookie of the Year in 2000 and Realtor of the Year in 2004. She has received the Distinguished Service Award from the Phyllis Browning Company and is the only agent to have received this award four times. Recognizing the importance of continuing education Judy has obtained the ABR, ALHS, CRS, and GRI designations. She is a graduate of the TRLP program, a program designed to develop leaders for the real estate industry.
