WINTER JAM PARKING AND TRAFFIC ALERT: Penn State Transportation Services has announced special parking information for the Winter Jam 2015 Tour Spectacular at the Bryce Jordan Center on Friday, January 16. Visitors are encouraged to allow extra time to reach the Bryce Jordan Center as heavy traffic is expected on and around campus Friday evening that may result in delays due to expected capacity crowds at both the Bryce Jordan Center and Pegula Ice Arena. General Parking To accommodate the capacity crowds expected to attend both events, a tiered parking system will be utilized beginning at 4 p.m. at the following locations: - Lot 44 (Jordan East), Stadium West, and Porter North ($10 parking) - East Parking Deck and Eisenhower Parking Deck ($5 parking) Please note that event parking attendants accept cash only. Vehicles displaying a valid Penn State parking permit will not be subject to the event parking fee. ADA parking will be available at the southwest corner of Stadium West near the intersection of University Drive and Stadium West. A valid state-issued ADA placard or license plate is required, along with a valid Penn State permit or payment of the event parking fee. The entrance to Stadium West located just north of the University Drive/Curtin Road intersection will be open on Friday night and visitors with ADA parking needs are encouraged to use this entrance to access ADA parking. Additional ADA parking will be available at the section of Lot 44 near Bryce Jordan Center Gate B, just across from the All-Sports Museum. Bus Parking Bus parking for groups attending Winter Jam will be available along Curtin Road between the Bryce Jordan Center and Medlar Field. The event fee for busses is $20. To access Curtin Road, busses should travel on Porter Road from Park Avenue. Bus parking is strictly prohibited in the event parking lots.
