Saratoga and glens falls region...The berkshires and southern vermont. * Hazard types...Sleet...And freezing rain mixing with some snow north and west of the capital region. * Accumulations...Less than an inch of snow...Except 1 to 3 inches over the southern green mountains. * Ice accumulations...A trace to a tenth of an inch...Except around quarter of an inch over the portions of the berkshires and the southern greens. * Timing...A wintry mix of snow...Sleet...And freezing rain will spread from south to north across locations north and east of the capital region in the afternoon. Precipitation will change to a plain rain by this afternoon...From the capital region south and east. Although some sleet may continue to mix in with the rain at times through this evening. * Impacts...Hazardous travel due to snow and ice covered roads and poor visibilities. * Winds...North 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 35 mph. * Temperatures...Rising into the lower to middle 30s this afternoon.
