WITH ALL THE TALK ABOUT the constitutionality of CONCEALED CARRY, and the Supreme Court possibly ruling on whether the Second Amendment grants citizens the right to carry a weapon outside of their homes - WHY NOT JUST REFER back to the 1856 Dred Scott v. Sandford case? IN 1856 THE SUPREME COURT ruled that if black people were given citizenship, this would give them the right to "hold public meetings upon political affairs, AND TO KEEP AND CARRY ARMS WHEREVER THEY WENT."
