The US wants to extract itself from the Middle East, for the US has begun producing its own oil and natural gas by the method of hydraulic fracturing in its own soil, and the withdrawal of US from the Middle East means a new balance is to set up in the Middle East. IV. Israel’s foreign policy plans to balance the American withdrawal from the Middle East to develop a new cooperation/alliance with Russia. V. In concordance with these parameters, Israel’s foreign policy support Russia in the Ukrainian crisis.
