WORK ON IT A TRUE friend is worth keeping. They will stand by you when life brings you difficulties. They commend you for whatever is praiseworthy, and they will tell you when you are wrong. They will share your joy, your pain, your laughter and your rain. If the truth be told, most of us have only a few true friends in our lifetime. That being said, we should do all we can to keep those friendships strong and healthy. The Bible states the valuable truth, which is, friendships must be cultivated. They thrive on proper nourishment but will die through neglect. Prov. 18:24 states, “A man that hath friends must show himself friendly.” A friendship worth saving is a friendship worth working on.
