^^^WORKOUT OF THE DAY^^^ Phew was it a tough one! Since I am still on my fat burning routine, I am still doing high reps, but not as high as last week.. MUSCLE CONFUSION! **Chest/Biceps** Chest --> Flat Bench Press: 4 sets for 16 reps 40 seconds box step ups 20 seconds rest --> Flat Dumbbell Bench Press: 3 sets for 16 reps 40 seconds line jumps 20 seconds rest --> Upper Cable Flies: 3 sets for 16 reps 40 seconds jump rope 20 seconds rest --> Lower Cable Flies: 3 sets for 16 reps 40 seconds box step ups 20 seconds rest Bicep --> Sitting Preacher Curl: 4 sets for 16 reps 40 seconds high knees 20 seconds rest --> Dumbbell Alternate Curl: 3 sets for 16 reps each arm 40 seconds bench step ups 20 seconds rest --> Cable Wide Grip Curl: 3 sets for 16 reps 40 seconds line jumps 20 seconds rest ***Remember the 40 seconds of cardio and 20 seconds rest are IN BETWEEN each set. This is to keep the heart rate up. By doing this workout not only will I be burning fat during the workout but also HOURS AFTER the workout is complete.
