WORKOUT WEDNESDAY! This ones an oldie but a goodie. I have been doing this workout since high School. This workout only has a warmup, one main set and a warm down. It focuses on sprinting and power! HOUR OF POWER! Warmup: 1,000 yard easy warmup! Main Set: 60 x 50 free on the minute ( It lasts one hour) Pace yourself for the first 30 minutes or so and try to descend on the last 30 minutes of the workout. Warm down: 500 free. (if you are short on time to an hour you can shorten the warmup and warm down) good luck. Ready huuuuuuuuuup
