WORKSHOP DEALS WITH HOLIDAY GRIEF: In grieving the loss of a loved one, the holidays can be especially difficult. “Coping Through the Holidays” will provide practical and supportive information to help the bereaved through the emotional highs and lows of the holiday season. Join with others who are living with loss to find emotional support, learn ways to cope with holiday stress, and create a sense of hope and joy this holiday season. Sessions will be offered in English and Spanish on Wednesday, Nov. 13, 1-2:30 p.m. or 6–7:30 p.m. and Wednesday, Dec. 11, 1–2:30 p.m. or 6–7:30 p.m. at the Yolo Hospice offices, 1909 Galileo Court, Suite A, in Davis.
