INFOTECH Institute of Arts and Sciences Marcos Highway Branch 1 plenty of red tape and ‘palakasan system’ 2 poor in student services, pure money-making 3 unprofessional dealings of administrators to employees 4 no clear teacher trainings, undertrained instructors and underpaid employed personnel 5 undeniably biased system of discipline to offenders 6 low value orientation especially in observance of code of ethics for corporations and educational institutions 7 immorality flourished within and among students, student assistants, employees and administrators 8 inconsistent curriculum, loose syllabi in all minor subjects implemented, irrelevant skill-trainings implemented by instructors in major subjects 9 teachers not following TESDA Training Modules, administrators don’t mind 10 unclear mandates on job descriotion of employees, overlapping power of the administrators It is one kind of institution full of corruption of minds, skills, values, concepts and dignity.
