WOULD THIS HAPPEN IN EVERY SCHOOL? The Principal, Mr Walker was delighted to hear a story from one of the Year 6 students today (students names changed for privacy reasons). Mr Walker: How was your weekend, James? James: It was great; I went to a birthday party. Mr W: Oh, great. Whose party was that? James: George, in Kindergarten. Mr W: Oh, George...are you family friends? James: No, were just friends and he invited me. Mr W: Wow, thats terrific. I dont think there are many schools where a Year 6 boy would be invited to a party for a Kindy boy, let alone accept the invitation. Good on you, James! Apparently there were other students at the birthday party who were not in Kindergarten either. We love our school!
