WOW! A PERFECT day for a Trail Dames Hike! Led a silent hike where I guided the group in some nature meditations along the way. While we were all sitting out there doing a listening meditation we were gifted with the presence of a black bear who we watched for at least 10 minutes! What a privilege! The 42 ft waterfall was astounding (look for the man I circled in red for perspective of how huge this waterfall was), and of course the company with these special special women was the cherry on top. Many beautiful realizations were made today, tears of joy were shared by some of the women simply from the vast beauty, and the privilege of witnessing women begin to believe in themselves again was the greatest gift I ever could have hoped to receive.
