WOW...... I am so impressed with my apartment complex. I complained about a week ago about all the large dog feces at the end of a string of gargaes. Mine is the last garage. SO, every morning when i got home from work i would have to walk around this area while there was a pole with pooper scooper bags right there. Within an hour the area was cleaned up. TODAY, i got a letter on my door that all animals must make an appointment at the office for a DNA test at the apartment cost. Then in one month any animal feces found on the property will be DNA tested and the owner will be fined the first offense $350 and the second $550. Any issue i have had since i moved in they have been there within four hours to fix and quickly. I LOVE my apartment!!! Im so glad I didnt listen to the things i read online about the place. 8o)
