WOW...I had a hell-of- a CHINEES MESSAGE SATERDAY LIKE NEVER BEFORE...it hurt ,it was deep, and it was effective. I knew it was markedly stronger than any I have ever had. But afterward I didnt feel too rough and drove home and knowing that a sauna could be too hard due to the expected stir-up, I did a 4 hour soak with no ill effects. So last nite, I did sauna. Same result except the 2 pain areas hurt more in a smaller area. But this AM, the STINK IN THE SAUNA WAS HUGH AND I HAVE NEVER SMELLED ANYTHING LIKE IT...but I feel ok. Washed all towels and sheets and aired out the sauna. Looking forward to the next message !!! I will have a busy week ahead. Hope my friend got home ok & looking forward to tomorrow ...download day ...FYI your 10 turned into 200!!!!!!! But each is my favorite :::I told you, when you sing to me, I listen.....CB.
