WOW! I was extremely nervous to 1) hire a lawyer 2) trust a lawyer 3) go through the process of bankruptcy. I am so glad that I just went with it - with Mike Davey. He was incredibly thorough, patient, straight forward and let me know everything before it happened. Mike went the extra mile and was also very reasonably priced. He had me in his best interest as well as my future at all times. When we went to court for bankruptcy, I was naturally nervous. Mike had reviewed step by step what would happen, good and/or bad so I was mentally prepared for everything before stepping into the courtroom. Court was exactly what he said, step by step. I was amazed- it was so stress-free with him there and in control. I am so grateful that I was referred to him and glad I decided to hire him as my lawyer. As he said when we departed, no offense but I hope I never see you again. Sure enough- he did things so professionally and right the first time, that we didnt have to go back to court or turn in any additional paperwork, therefore, we havent seen each other BUT I would gladly hire him again if ever needed.
