WOW! What a bloody day! So we kicked off at 11am this morning with a bit of meet and greet with some friends not knowing others but it wasnt long before the AUSSIE banter was being thrown around the table. It was awesome to see the best friends in the world at their best with smiles, laughter and drinks and food aplenty. The cows in the back paddock chose wisely to migrate to a much further paddock as the golf tournament classic kicked off and after a bucket of around 75 balls was emptied in a flurry of off target shots the boys decided that the goon bag target just didnt cut it and it was time to get a more....... appropriate target.... An old car bonnet! The mighty Darran Kenyon took the jackpot after a final round shootout with David Clayton and Matt Thompson. Even though NO ONE hit the target I still agree that the cows chose wisely! Big Lee Hz Hanlon hit the nail on the head when he said there was nothing better then the laughter from the kids, the smell of the bbq and simply a great group of people.... I love you all and thanks for coming! BEST AUSTRALIA DAY EVER!!!
