WOW.. after 5 months of NO EXERCISE .. I am so glad I was able to go jump right in with my friend this morning! we did the Core Power Phase 3 Herbalife 24 workout! I wasnt sure how 5 months no cardio was going to treat me to jump back in right at that level! Thankfully -- I FELT AWESOME! So excited to be back on Thursday to do another Fitness Training .. 3 days..yes I am Easing back in.. I know not to push myself *sometimes you gotta play by your bodys rules* ...so be looking for more workout posts as I participate once again! So excited that I got all this fluid off my brain -- I keep telling everyone I can feel my scalp and my cranial bones again! ...if you dont have physical abnormalities or congenital defects.. take all your working parts and organs and THANK them every day for their HEALTH! and If you do have Congenital Defects..know that MIND OVER MATTER with Jesus and GOD does exist, through the gift and the belief in Jesus work - THEY together along with your HOLY SPIRIT guidance can do AMAZING THINGS when you ask and CALL IT OUT TO BE and BELIEVE IT SHALL BE DONE FOR YOU! my story of the last week has been amazing! after 2 viruses hit my brain in September and triggered my nasty effects to come out of dormancy -- I may have had the genetics and dna the lovely labels of a person with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome ( Connective Tissue Disorder leading to Lupus and Fibromyalgia - I continue to claim those --NOW DORMANT and I believe it in my bones once again I am FREE OF these labels -- I claim them to stay in the past NOT Present !!!!! as well as for a short time I had Fragile Veins and Fragile Valves -- my veins and valves are NOW STRONG!!! -- I am able to exercise 30 minutes 2-3 days a week - rest and non-overexertion is key), I may have been diagnosed with Scoliosis Occulta Spina Bifida and HydroEncephalus -- NOW DORMANT for 2 days! YAY!!!! -- this is an amazing spiritual Praise God, Jesus and the ANGELS for their HEALING POWERS!) .... so... back into the Cardio phase I go! but watching to NOT overdo it! thankful for my amazing team of naturopathic practitioners that help me clear root cause and NOT give me any medication! ALL NATURAL with GOD/JESUS and PURE BELIEF that HEALING IS HERE! I share my story - that i usually keep quiet - to encourage you that no matter the label -- DISMISS IT GIVE IT TO JESUS - read His story - He is your friend here to carry your burdens - all of them - just hand it to him completey - you walk scott free no bags no luggage of junk that weighs you down and pressues you and causes pain.. just see yourself handing it over..physically vision handing that package of pain and pressure over to Jesus.. and it takes time to heal -- 7 hours, 7 days, 7months sometimes 7 years -- 7 times 70 times, if that what it takes Ill pay the price sorry broke into song! ANYWAYS.... -- CREATE PATHWAYS.. CREATE PATHWAYS of HEALTH with God, Jesus and the Heavenly Angels -- I do believe and ask God to send in the Arch-Angels Raphael, Uriel, Gabriel and Michael (they too are omnipresent - everywhere at all times, but must be asked and allowed by your to do their work and you must believe in them..that is why we must ask them..-- call on them by name with God and Jesus and know their power and role in our lives! MIND, SPIRIT, BODY! the POWER OF LOVE! Do everything in LOVE and a PURE HEART -- FORGIVE DAILY (Lords Prayer!) giving first, receiving second.. gratitude thanksgiving -each and everyday actively precisely with words, specific words.. dont let the Deceiver - the Prince of the Earth - the Devil -- Satan -- many names.... whom was cast here to INVADE our lives and take us to his domain of the lost -- YOU CAN Stomp the Deceiver Satan to the ground, under your feet, where he belongs! He may send another of his friends.. stomp again, and again and again... remember 7 times 70 times..if thats what it takes, Ill pay the price. I thought the pain was here to stay, but forgiveness made a way (Chris August sings it so well!) for 30 days I have played Christian Worship music songs in my home, 24 hours a day..even while I slept the song played oh so softly! ... ..so.. Satan and his Friends -- They -- He -- may rejoice .but Satan only has 1/3 of the heavens on his team! that means GOD has 2/3 of the Angels of Light and LOVE On HIS TEAM! yes.. the HEAVENLY angels certainly even have the numerical power to win if you are a numbers person! NO matter, I embrace this journey of life with adversity! I apply every bit of Gods FOOD herbs,spices, minerals, ancient grains, nuts, seeds to put HIS work INTO MY BODY ..so my BODY HAS HIS CREATIONS for HEALING FLOODED in me and NOT MANs created processed foods! ..... I believe I am strong because of these adversities, and looking inward finally at age 38 just 5 years ago..when from age 38 - 40.. my dna and genetics rang loudly -- I wouldnt change the journey.. I wouldnt have the passion to learn what I learned, and seek God in the way I had to seek God to the utmost understanding.. bible study, after bible study -- researching the original words and what I have learned from being afflicted since I was born... the surgery when I was 6 years old -- but it made me strong and independent.! ...just had to share my health success! I know each of you have your own .. just LOOK UP ^^^^ to the HEAVENS..or to your left or right.. HE is omnipresent - he is EVERYWHERE at ALL TIMES .. HE doesnt just sit on a throne in heaven waiting for your arrival.. BELIEVING GODs promises .. not just believe in GOD.. but BELIEVING GOD! there is a BIG DIFFERENCE on the REWARD -- he wants you to BELIEVE HIM ..not just BELIEVE IN HIM. LOVE YOU ALL! May the Peace, love, light, joy of Jesus, God, and the ANGELS be with you! I believe it! They surround you! open you heart to let out all that is lost and suffering within you...and let in Love and Light and the Cleansing Water of Jesus! AMEN! amen! amen!
