WRONG ATTRACTION! Can a man take fire in his bosom, and his clothes not be burned? Samson though anointed by God, kept on getting attracted to the wrong set of women. Not knowing that the devil was luring him and setting a trap for him. We all know the latter end of samson. God warned him severally,but instead of him to be watchful, he thought with his great power, no one could conquer him; and he felt he had the power also to get close to even the wrong set of women and nothing was going to happen to him. He believed in the power he had and forgot to believe and listen to instructions and warnings from HIM(God) who gave him(samson) the power. The devil hardened his(Samson) heart and he lusted after the things of the world! Eventually, he fell into the hands of delilah(The strange woman)! This destroyed his anointing, destroyed his power, his destiny and eventually his life. At last, he died with his enemies(philistines). Samsons life was cut short! His pride led him to destruction! So many singles today are just like Samson. They just keep getting attracted to the wrong set of people; those God frown at and has warned us to stay away from! Can you imagine a believer saying he loves to get married to an unbeliever and that since God has given him a unique anointing, he believes with time, he/she will change the unbeliever after marriage? Was it God that led you to such a person or pride? You feel because of the anointing of God upon your life, you can do anything? Wherever God has not sent you, despite your anointing, you are on your own. Remember the devil does not respect just your anointing nor prayers but the presence of God in all these things. Wherever the presence of God will not take you, youd better not go My dear brother/sister, let us desist from pride! Let us stop lusting after the wrong set of people! 2Corinthians 6:14,15(GNT) says: Do not try to work together as equals with unbelievers, for it cannot be done! How can right and wrong be partners? How can light and darkness live together? How can Christ and the Devil agree? What does a believer have in common with an unbeliever?. Your anointing can only make a difference when God is involved! God is the one who has blessed you with those spiritual gifts/power/anointing; and you still need to be humble before God and wait for His instructions before taking any step. Dont let the devil lure you into destroying your destiny! Marrying an ungodly person is a road map to hell. BE WISE!
