Wade’s Hot Pickled Eggs Now I do not really measure anything for my eggs.. I have usually had a few cold pop-a- tops w/ foam on top... I will do my best... 18 to 20 peeled boiled large eggs About 8oz. of my homemade habernera hot sauce (which was ground) (aged for 12months) About 3tbl. spanish paprika Several dashes of hot wing seasoning sauce several dashes of creole seasoning about 2tbl. kosher salt about 4tbl. chili powder about 4 tbl. cayenne pepper several real good dashes of tabasco sauce enough apple cider vinegar to fill the jar of eggs I take an ice pick and poke little holes around on eggs for brine to soak into eggs easily boil eggs, peel eggs, as you add eggs to jar start adding seasoning... after jar is full add your boiling vinegar... put lid on eggs then roll eggs around, then turn jar upside dwn... if you can flip jar every 12 hours... Wait at least 7 days, if you can... Then open eat eggs with cold pop-a-top w/ foam on top... Next morning, have yourself an egg and coffee for breakfast
