Wake up Black people! Enough of this foolishness. The unjustified restraint and false imprisonment of a person by a police officer is a felony offense. They know this, but the average person does not know this truth. A Department and the individual police officers can be held personally responsible for their unlawful actions. Get badge numbers and capture the crime on camera! --- More coming. In this video a cocky, out-of-control police officer reached out to arrest a young black girl who did nothing wrong. After losing his grip the officers decides to restraint and arrest anybody standing close to him. So, he grabs an innocent young black man. The officer places the kid in a high risk neck choke and violently throws the young black man to the ground. The kind of body throw used could have easily severed the young mans spine or broke his neck. Wake up people. Enough is enough.
