Wake up! How have we become some stupid. We are so easily mused by drama that we forget the true meaning of hero. While one life was no more important than the other, we glorify drama over common sense. We glorify riots over peace. We glorify hate over love. I hate this for this boys family, no matter what he did or was doing, he was still a person. And his family is devastated. But shame on media and the people who have made this into a circus. And for those who have encouraged it. There are consequences for our actions, there are authorities put in place to make sure we are abiding to the laws. Use common sense and understand that this young man is dead not because he was randomly selected as a target of evil. He was in the wrong, and the police were within their rights to correct a behavior. Unfortunately, it ended tragically. Stop glorifying bad behavior. It has become a daily pat on the back. If you hit someone, or tell someone off, you are praised for it. Stop it! It isnt praiseworthy. Hold a door open for the next person. Say please and thank you. Smile at the person who is having a bad day. Those are things we should pat each other on the back for. Dont be part of the problem, be part of the recovery.
