Wake up, people. I earned my master degree is tax accounting in 1990, four years after the 1986 overall of the tax code by a Democrat Congress and signed into law by President Reagan. This overhall cut a lot of fat out of the tax code and lowered the rates. The IRS of then was not politicized. I know because we studied it. It wasnt pure or perfect, but it was nothing like it is now. If we dont clean house now, itll only get much worse--the economy will suffer, our freedoms will erode, and well lose the political power and will to do anything about it. Do not sit on the sidelines believing someone will fix this for us.
