Wake up people!! When a soldier assigned to an observation post in a combat area, lays down his weapon and walks away from his post he is a deserter NOT a hero. Six true American soldiers were killed looking for this deserter, who by the way was a Private (not Sergeant) when he deserted. Normally a soldier that did this during war time conditions would be tried in military court then shot to death. To add insult to injury was to release 5 radical extremists that have been responsible for thousands of deaths in order to bring this deserter back home to be treated like a military hero. This is a slap in the face to the many dedicated uniformed heroes that served their country well. Pathetic to say the least.
