Database Administrator Job Specifications: • B.E, B.Tech, MCA or something similar with 5 to 7 yrs of experience • Candidate should have designed the databases, written optimized SQL queries, implemented triggers & stored procedure, etc. 2. AM – Search Specialist Job Specifications: • 7+ years’ experience with good communication skills • Experienced in development using PHP, MySQL, Linux, Clustering, Amazon • A strong understanding of Data analytics, algorithms, and large data structures • Experienced in architectural design and resource planning for scaling Solr/Lucene capabilities • Able to do quick evaluation of tools for POC and provide demos 3. Testing Lead Job Specifications: • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or higher ( or related discipline) • 6-8 years of testing experience specifically managing testing for large, complex system integration projects • Experience in e-commerce is a plus • Extensive experience with testing design, execution, evaluation and quality assurance best practices • Thorough working knowledge of all types of testing • Thorough working knowledge of testing tools 4. AM – Product (Mobile) Job Specifications: • Prior experience in Product Management for Mobile Platforms. • 3 years+ e-commerce / internet product management or equivalent experience. • An MBA or B. E. or equivalent qualification 5. Customer Service Executive: Job Specifications: • 2 to 4 years experience in a reputed international/domestic BPO in customer service process or in reputed E commerce company. • Excellent verbal & written communication skills required. • Basic knowledge of excel. • Only collection process experience candidates need not apply. 6. Catalogue Executive: Job Specifications: • 1 to 3 years experience in a reputed e commerce company in catalogue creation. • Experience in apparel catalogue will be preferred. • Very good knowledge of excel is a must. • Excellent written skills required. 7. Content Executive: Job Specifications: • Bachelors Degree in English Literature/Journalism/Mass Comm preferred • 1-2 years of experience in content writing.
