Walk here, live longer A recent study by a team led by Professor Ulf Ekelund from the Medical Research Council (MRC) Epidemiology Unit at the University of Cambridge has found that even a moderate amount of daily exercise - such as a 20-minute walk can add significantly to life expectancy.
