Designation: Executive/ Sr. Executive- Direct Sales (Inside Sales) *Responsible for selling Naukris Recruitment Solutions to various Small & Medium Business Enterprises (SMEs) across India. *Responsible for acquiring New Business and achieving sales targets (B2B sales function). *Analyze customer hiring needs and suggest product choices. *Provide online product demonstration/training to new customers. *Maintain database of the Leads generated and make regular follow ups. *Acquire regular feedback on market scenario, competition and other factors influencing sales from customer interactions. *Building and maintaining healthy business relations with the clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction by achieving service delivery norms.
