Walkabout this misty, foggy, morning was a destination walk. A fine mist was falling as I headed out, so I drove to Caldwell Park after dropping my rent at Post Office. This is a small gem of a city park, is where I did most of my post meniscus surgery walking, when I needed to walk to heal, but needed to have the car nearby when the knee said, no more. I parked up on Highland and descend the stairs and walk the circle round and round using the various stairs for added workout, stopping for push-ups on various benches and walls. fo - I made 45 minutes and Id have gone an hour if the mist had not turned to a serious rain and didnt want soggy shoes - only one pair of tennies to my name at moment so thered be no dry back-up. Breakfast calls. Later yall.
