Walking from fells point along the promanod towards canton water - TopicsExpress

Walking from fells point along the promanod towards canton water front last night after the storm, and back tonight my blood started boiling, walking past a certian vessel docked ( it shall remain nameless, but a crappy replica of a vessel that should be on the Mississippi so much it was kicked off the broadway pier) please, someone inform the owner of such vessel to follow proper flag etiquette for that piece of crap. Number One, the U. S. Flag goes on the right, the state flag or any others inferior are displayed to the left (port side) and no flag is to be flown higher than the U.S. Flag, a marine corps flag is on a flag pole on the bow a few feet above the flags on the stern. And while in port the flags should be flown from 8am to dusk, and not in inclement weather. Give me a break, this guy is disrepectful and cheap to have an employee put up the flag in the morning and take it down in the evening. I am a former marine, We dont disrespect this nation in this manner, we fight and die for this nation every day. That guy couldnt have been in the corps or he would know better... usa-flag-site.org/etiquette-display.shtml
