Walmart, I agree people should wear seatbelts if available. I would point out Limo-busses often do not have them, but even if they do; Your driver who was illegally operating a semi-truck while driving over 20mph ran into the back of the limo-bus causing a 6 car pileud, injuring many people seriously, & killing a comedian. Blaming the victims for being hurt & dying seems not only callous but like bad press, especially when the victim is a Hollywood movie star that a lot of people like... seatbealt issue viability or not; your driver operating their vehicle illegally, driving 20mph over the limit, & smashing into another vehicle has 0 to do with the victims seatbelt status.
