“Walmart International Academy is coming to ASU! Due to Walmart’s expanding global presence, there is a need for talented, highly trained individuals within Walmart’s international corporate offices. This development program includes up to one year of training in the Walmart U.S.-based corporate offices and is designed to train and familiarize associates to Walmart’s style of business and operation. After one year of training in a leadership program in the Walmart corporate office, the associate will then transfer back to his/her country of origin to assume a position within that country’s Walmart organization.
