Wanderings: The heart wanders, and trudges the body along, what else it can do. I wonder how much toil a Gypsy’s body has to go through to cater their ever wandering heart and thoughts. How much, how far, how deep, how broad it could be, or is it proper to esquire for the limits- wandering obviously should be limitless, otherwise its a journey. Would a Gypsy be heartless person or like immortal, who just keeps walking, never staying at a place, not getting associated with any identity or people. How different or rather difficult it would be to remain so untouched. How could they not be suffering with nostalgia or an urge to cave at some place, especially when they visit new distinctive places all the time and if like any ordinary human they get urge, why don’t then they stagnate there, what still makes them move. Meeting so many people along, they must have liked some and hated many. How that turmoil of emotions was controlled, where that angst or propensity, would have been vented out, that humongous self denial and asceticism must have metamorphosed their character to something unknown or strange. Getting rubbed off of so many personas, outlooks, egos, ideas, and philosophies and still enduring to futility. Neither getting rusted nor getting new- what are they? My stay at Dudhuwa since last three days has disturbed me in its own ways. Why don’t I let myself stay here forever, what’s calling me back. Hasta la vista.
