Companies contact to recruitment firm and consultancies to reduce their short listing processes. Consultancies download resumes from numerous job portals as per the criteria and requirement mentioned by the companies. (Searching based on the keywords mentioned in resume)They call the aspirants ask few questions and forward the resume to concern hiring company. Thus process end. If you are lucky you will be one of it. If not then?? So what to do???
