Want to get bold in your prayers for whats happening in Iraq? Then take some time to pray for some bright lights knocking terrorists off their high horses like what happened to another terrorist, Saul of Tarsus. Scripture commands us to pray for our enemies. Lets pray that they have an encounter that will not only change their lives, but the landscape of terror in the Middle East. If you find it hard to do this, look at this verse from the book of Acts; Acts 9:1-2 Now Saul, still breathing threats and murder against the disciples of the Lord, went to the high priest, 2and asked for letters from him to the synagogues at Damascus, so that if he found any belonging to the Way, both men and women, he might bring them bound to Jerusalem. Sounds like the greatest evangelist the world ever knew was once a fire breathing murderer. Lets pray for the persecuted AND the persecutors!
