Want to give a shout out to Emily Gregory for helping ESF grow!!! She is our Mission Coordinator and has been amazing!!! She is responsible for hooking ESF up with a Feature in Flyer and in the Business Leader that comes out in the Flyer at the beginning of each month... So keep your eye out for both of those. She helped to develop the Strong Girl program and has made some beautiful touch ups around the studio! Please give her a shout on FB for all her hard work and support to the mission of empowering women through fitness!!!
