Want to have an adventure in Mongolia this Summer? Teach a self-designed course in Mongolia this summer through MYSP! The Mongolian Young Scholars Program is recruiting Teaching Fellows to lead self-designed courses in Mongolia this late June/July. Teaching Fellows will expose outstanding high school students to a liberal arts curriculum or design and implement the program’s college admissions preparation. Teaching Fellows have previously taught courses on topics as varied as Nuclear Nonproliferation, Shakespeare, and Darwin’s Theory of Evolution. Teaching Fellows will have the opportunity to fully explore Mongolia, a unique nomadic culture and witness the country’s momentous economic and social changes. Interested Teaching Fellows can also take advantage of personalized summer internship placements at local NGOs, think tanks, and private companies. In-country accommodations, meals, and transportation will be covered by the program. Applications are due online by February 24, 2014.
