From the food plan to the workouts- Everything has been made to suit me and my needs. Having a food plan set out for me really made me think about how many calories were in what I was eating, and made it easier for me to make good food choices. I never would have had the motivation to get fitter, healthier and slimmer without Pollys help! The motivational texts were great and were interesting reads! I am ecstatic with my results! Even though I had a couple of months of not seeing Polly due to injury I still lost weight in that time just by sticking to my food plan and active daily living. For me it wasnt about how much I weighed or, to an extent, even what size I was. It was more about how I felt when looking at myself in the mirror, and I can happily say I like what I see! I feel better, have more energy and dont feel so tired and groggy all the time. However I will say the best thing I feel I have got from my 12 week course is accepting (with help from Polly) that my body will never be the same after having two babies, and I love it! Ive learnt to love my body for what it is, which is sometimes really hard for mums. Not only have I gained a healthier weight and lifestyle, Ive gained a friend too!
