Want to thank all the boxers for last nights show. Frankie Monkhouse got caught after looking in control. Frankie is one of the nicest guys I have ever dealt with in boxing. He needs to think for a few days without making any rash decisions. He has a successful tipping business outside boxing and I wish him and his wife Zoe well whatever they do. Miles Shinkwin looked like the class act he is. Roll on 12th July and his southern Area title fight against Joel McIntyre. Ben Hall and Danny Shannon fought a competitive fight. Danny is one tough guy and was a great learning fight for Ben who I believe is of the UKs top light-middleweight prospects.Danny is great to have on the shows and his manager Joe Elfidh is a pleasure to deal with. Philip Bowes won the first of many titles he will achieve in boxing and congratulations to him and his team including his top manager Micky Amoo. AJ Carter lost his unbeaten record in his seventh fight. You can learn from a loss and if you look at some of the top boxers who have had an early setback they learn from it assess it and come back stronger. Best wishes to AJ and we will support him in whatever way we can. Leon Mckenzie and Danny Brown put on a barnstormer to close the show. I am so impressed by the continual improvement in Leon and I take my hat off to him. I have total respect with regards to Danny and his team. Special mention to our John McCallum who is now 7-0 after a win against Max Maxwell in Gateshead last night. After signing with us John is now more active and has had 3 wins including a Masters title. The futures bright. Thanks to Kevin Kevin James Campion and Menay Edwards for commentating. Finally a special thanks to the Goodwin family and friends. Special mention to Josh Goodwin who is doing a fantastic job. Without him we would not be able to do what we are doing. Security Alert provide fantastic security headed by Gary Nichol and Andy Brown. Really great people and company to work with. The boxers are very special people and without them we have nothing. Would like to thank them so much for working with us and continuing to put on fantastic shows.
