Wanted to follow up on the Dandy Trail post. Does anyone remember Dandy Farm? Located on 38th St and the Dandy Trail, where the current airport is now. Built during the Civil War for a soldier returning from War and his bride. My parents bought it in 1956 and updated it to its original splendor. In the army 1960s the city bought the farm from my parents and created Eagle Creek Reservoir. The house sat vacant and the staircase torn out by vandals. It was moved to a new location during the blizzard of 1978, where it was renovated by the Indiana Historical Society
