Warehouse/ Logistics Trainer Germiston, Gauteng Warehouse/ Logistics Trainer Primary Responsibilities: • Provides the initial training of all new warehouse employees and all transfer associates. • Delivers continuing education and training for low-performing employees • Trains and educates new, temporary, and transfer associates to perform warehouse operations, and to maintain a safe working environment. • Responsible for assisting in the development and maintenance of training reports, records, etc. • Compiles and maintains training documents and tools. • Provides weekly and monthly reports tracking the training progress of associates. • Provides management and supervisors with necessary associate updates. • Assists management and supervisors when determining associates’ employment training and/or development status. • Responsible for distributing, keeping inventory, and ordering replenishment training supplies for the operational areas. • Provides input and assist Operations Department in the development and training of new methods. • Assists in establishing and maintaining safety, housekeeping, and preventive guidelines in assigned areas. • Responsible for timely reporting of problems in work area to appropriate personnel. • Responsible for ensuring each job performed is within set procedural work methods.
